Tree of Life – 44 Spiritual Cards Exploring Sephiroth, Kabbalah, Alchemy, Perfect for Tarot Readers, Mystics and Students of Esoteric Wisdom

The Sephirothic Tree of Life is a comprehensive collection of 44 oversized spiritual cards created for the study and practical exploration of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, the Sephiroth, Hebrew Letters, spiritual Paths and their extensive esoteric correspondences.

Created by Frater Setnakh, the collection transforms the complex structure of the Tree of Life into an accessible visual reference system for Kabbalistic study, meditation, contemplation, ritual work and spiritual development.

In Kabbalistic tradition, the Tree of Life serves as a symbolic map of the Divine presence within the universe and within ourselves. Its ten Sephiroth represent Divine emanations and different aspects of Divine action, while the Tree can be approached in two directions: from Kether toward Malkuth as the movement from pure spirit toward physical manifestation, and from Malkuth toward Kether as the spiritual journey toward reconnection with the Divine.

THE SEPHIROTH & THEIR CORRESPONDENCES

The cards provide a detailed reference system for exploring the individual spheres of the Tree of Life:

Kether • Chokmah • Binah • Chesed • Geburah • Tiphareth • Netzach • Hod • Yesod • Malkuth, together with Da’ath, the mysterious sphere of Knowledge and the Abyss.

Rather than providing only short definitions, the cards explore the Sephiroth through multiple layers of traditional esoteric correspondences.

The collection includes information such as the name and number of each Sephirah, its position on the Tree of Life, meanings, symbols and numerous spiritual and occult correspondences. The cards also explore the broader nature and qualities of each Sephirah, allowing each sphere to be studied individually and in relation to the complete Tree.

The manual describes the Sephiroth as the Ten Emanations of Divine Light, Ten Channels of Divine Will, Ten Manifestations of God, Ten Powers or Faculties of the Soul and Ten Structural Forces of Nature.

22 PATHS & HEBREW LETTERS

An essential part of the collection is devoted to the 22 spiritual Paths connecting the Sephiroth and their relationship with the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet.

The cards explore the Hebrew letters through several levels of symbolism, including:

• Hebrew Letter
• English / Roman transliteration
• Meaning of the Hebrew Letter
• Numerical / Gematria value
• Spiritual meaning
• Keywords and additional correspondences

Together, the 10 Sephiroth and 22 connecting Paths form the traditional 32 Paths of Wisdom, providing a symbolic framework through which the structure of the Tree can be studied and contemplated.

The system also connects the 22 Paths with the 22 Major Arcana of Tarot, allowing the practitioner to explore the relationship between a Hebrew Letter, a spiritual Path, the Sephiroth it connects and its corresponding Tarot archetype.

THE FOUR KABBALISTIC WORLDS

The collection also introduces the Four Worlds of Qabalah, through which Divine influence is understood as descending progressively from the highest spiritual level toward physical manifestation:

Atziluth – the World of Emanation
Briah – the World of Creation
Yetzirah – the World of Formation
Assiah – the World of Action / Manifestation

The Tree of Life can be understood as existing through each of these four levels, creating an additional framework for understanding the relationship between spirit, archetypal ideas, formation and material reality.

THE THREE PILLARS OF THE TREE OF LIFE

The cards and accompanying manual also explore the fundamental division of the Tree into the Three Pillars of Manifestation:

The Pillar of Mercy • The Pillar of Balance • The Pillar of Severity

The Pillar of Mercy contains Chokmah, Chesed and Netzach; the Pillar of Severity contains Binah, Geburah and Hod; while the central Pillar of Balance consists of Kether, Tiphareth, Yesod and Malkuth.

This structure provides another way to understand how individual Sephiroth interact and balance one another within the complete Tree.

THE THREE TRIADS

The system further explores the Tree through its interconnected Upper, Middle and Lower Triads.

The Upper Triad – Kether, Chokmah and Binah – represents the Supernal or Divine level.

The Middle Triad – Chesed, Geburah and Tiphareth – concerns individuality and the balance between Mercy and Severity.

The Lower Triad – Netzach, Hod and Yesod – relates to the mental, astral and vital dimensions of personality.

CREATED FOR STUDY, MEDITATION & SPIRITUAL PRACTICE

These cards are not designed simply for collecting information. They can serve as a practical spiritual navigation system for working with the Tree of Life.

The accompanying manual presents methods for identifying a Sephirah connected with a particular area requiring attention, studying its correspondences and then using the card as a focus for visualisation, contemplation and meditation.

The cards can therefore be used for:

• Kabbalistic study and reference
• Active visualisation and contemplation
• Passive and receptive meditation
• Pathworking
• Spiritual self-exploration
• Ritual practice
• Tarot and Tree of Life study

The manual describes meditation on the Tree as a method intended to harmonize different aspects of the self through connection with the universal energies represented by its structure.

CONNECTION WITH TAROT

The system also provides an extensive bridge between the Tree of Life and Tarot.

The 22 Major Arcana correspond to the 22 Paths connecting the Sephiroth, while the numbered Minor Arcana correspond to the ten spheres — beginning with Kether and the Aces, followed by Chokmah and the Twos, Binah and the Threes, continuing through to Malkuth and the Tens.

This makes the cards especially useful as a reference companion when studying Kabbalistic Tarot and the Sephirothic Tarot system.

LARGE-FORMAT PREMIUM CARDS

The collection contains 44 oversized Spiritual Cards measuring 105 × 150 mm (4.13 × 5.91 in).

Their large format provides substantial space for the extensive tables, descriptions, symbols and correspondences contained on the cards, effectively turning each card into a portable reference page for the Tree of Life.

The cards are printed on thick, durable paper stock with a protective surface designed for increased resistance to scratches, fingerprints and everyday dirt, making them suitable for frequent study, meditation and ritual practice.

A COMPANION TO THE FRATER SETNAKH COLLECTION

The Sephirothic Tree of Life Spiritual Cards can be used independently or as a companion to other Frater Setnakh collections, particularly:

The Sephirothic Tarot • The 72 Angels • The Archangels of the Divine Glory & Planetary Mysteries • The 44 Planeary Seals of King Solomon

Together, these systems allow the practitioner to explore the connections between the Sephiroth, Hebrew Letters, 22 Paths, Tarot, Angelic hierarchies, planetary forces and the wider system of Western Esotericism.
