Shipping policy

Shipments 

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 - 5 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Polish Post Office or Fedex with tracking number. Standard priority letter and Fedex requires signature, but Global Express doesn't.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Estimated Delivery Time & Shipping Carrier

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date the order is shipped:

• USA: 5–7 business days (FedEx)

• Europe: 4–7 business days (Priority Package via Polish Post Office)

• Rest of the World: 5–10 business days (Priority Package via Polish Post Office)

Customs & Delays

Estimated delivery times do not include customs clearance.
Any delays caused by customs inspections, duties, taxes, or clearance procedures are beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for communicating directly with their local Customs Office and for providing any required documentation or payments requested by customs authorities.

We are not responsible for delays resulting from customs processing.
