Our production facility is located in Poland, in the heart of Central Europe, where traditional craftsmanship meets modern metalworking technology. Every coin is created with one clear priority in mind: exceptional quality.

From Design to Steel Dies

Each coin begins as an original design, carefully developed with attention to symbolism, proportions, and fine detail. Once the design is finalized, we create precision matrices made from hardened steel, engineered specifically for pressure die casting. These durable steel dies allow us to capture even the smallest details consistently and accurately.

Casting and Hand Finishing

After casting, the real craftsmanship begins. Every coin is:

• Hand-trimmed to remove excess material

• Carefully ground and polished to achieve a smooth, refined surface

No shortcuts are taken at this stage - manual work ensures that each piece meets our standards rather than relying solely on automated processes.

Galvanization and Protective Coating

The coins then undergo galvanization, giving them their distinctive finish and depth. After additional polishing, each coin is covered with a special protective layer that enhances durability and preserves the surface for years to come.
